Just a short note to let everyone know Sandy and I are leaving on a short cruise on Monday (9/14) with our 3 sons and their wives outta San Diego to Ensenada, Mexico and Catalina Island (YESSS!!!!…I LOVE Catalina Island!) to just unwind and enjoy our familial connections. Catalina is the yearly October location for the JazzTrax festival — we went there 2 years ago with our oldest son and his wife, rented a condo for a week…and had one HELL of a time! (no vehicles other than golf carts allowed on the island). It’s paradise…yearly population of around 3000 folks…jumps up to 12-15 thousand during the 3 weeks of October’s JazzTrax festival). Our #2 son, Ryan, just got married this past Thursday…we’re SO looking forward to our trip with our wonderful new daughter-in-law, Kari. I will, indeed, hoist a couple cold ones to all my friends on this SK website. Cruises, folks…ya gotta think cruises! (this one’s our 10th!) 🙂 Best wishes! Randy
