The funny thing is that in those days I love to dance….now my wife has to drag me to the floor and only if it is something slow. Actually, haven’t danced in years. Oh youth, where hast thou gone?

    love this photo, ken!
as i’ve said many times before, i SO loved flirting…and dancing…with you!

Ahhh Brooksie, I am so flattered, even in my advance years…

As a lowly elementary school kid I marveled at you all. You were like royalty to those of use ‘not worthy’ and we were so curious about your lives. Sandy

thanks for reminding me of the perspective, sandy. as a sophomore, i held the seniors in just the same light.
fact is, in retrospect, we all got to be in saigon in a time of charmed insulation…that period between the french exodus and the u.s. military influx. for me at least, it was a time of growth and possibilities…i was 14-16 y.o…in a multi-cultured, multi-layered, totally exotic locale. i feel so gifted.
