Her father, Bruce Strathern (deceased now), was with the State Department in Laos (and possibly Viet-nam) during the late 1960s to mid 1970s time frame.

Heather was Rebecca Coleman’s best friend in Vientiane, and a great source of comfort when her father died on a supply drop (he was a pilot with Air America). Unfortunately, Heather’s father was re-assigned shortly after, and they lost touch with each other.

Rebecca would very much like to reconnect with Heather.
