WHAT DOES INDEPENDENCE DAY MEAN TO YOU?

By Admin

Declaration Of IndependenceIsn’t it wonderful to live in this great country we call The United States Of America?

Our freedom and liberty was paid for by the blood and sweat of millions who have gone before us. It’s the freedom they fought for and we continue to fight for that permits us to pursue our dreams.

Some people argue America has already seen her best days — that they are behind us.

I say, not true!

Our best days are ahead, because of the resolve that exists in the people who make up our great country we call the United States Of America.

Good times do not come without challenges. They do not come without pain. They do not come without sacrifice. But good times do await us as a people and as country.

Are we a perfect country? No, but there will never be a perfect country. But, we have every right to be proud of who we are, the country we represent and the visions we have set before us. Hopefully, we never forget the lessons of the past, lest we repeat them, but let us not cower looking at our history and fail to move forward.

The greatest privilege we have is in helping another person, whether in America or abroad, and the best way we can do that is by maintaining a position of strength.

May we all choose to move forward diligently pursuing our dreams, and when our dreams become
reality, may we not rest but dream even bigger dreams.

Our founding fathers of America had no idea what this country would become 242 years later. As much as they could dream, they could not imagine the vastness of our America today.

May we celebrate and honor those who have paid the ultimate sacrifice for our life, liberty and pursuit of happiness we know as Americans; and, because they paid the ultimate price, may we never stop giving our ultimate best to realizing our dreams and visions.
