This week Helen shares her late January 2015 visit to Japan with us.
Helen was invited to Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan to experience Japanese cuisine as part of the 2020 Tokyo Olympic program.
As the documentary *Tokyo Olympic Dreams* showed, three Vietnamese men on the team were sent to Japan to practice.
