Without divulging too much information about the book on this site, I’d like to recommend all Saigon Kids, if they have the chance, read ‘My Father, The Spy,’ written by SaigonKid John H. Richardson, who was in Saigon…in elementary school…in 1962-63. It’s an incredible book…his dad was with the CIA, and some very familiar names from our Saigon days are quite recognizable. It’s a nice insight to Intel Ops in Saigon while we were all there. After I read the book, I emailed John (who attended school in Saigon with his sister) and mentioned some theories/suspicions I had/have about MY dad and a parent or two of kids we went to school with. I got a very interesting response from him; that’s why I heartily recommend this good read to all who lived there. Regards! Randy
